About Me.

Born in Italy in 1996, Elisabetta Da Rold started early to study dance, theatre and singing.


In 2019 she graduated from the academy Paolo Grassi in Milan, as contemporary dancer. During the course of her studies, she met Olivier Dubois, Julie Anne Stanzak and Elie Tass and she took part in some of their works.

 

From 2017 she began to face with the choreography and created some projects, as "Non Lieux" about the theory of Non-Places by Marc Augé.

 

In 2020 she co-founded the group Cantiere Idina Who, with which collaborated as dancer and coreographer until 2023.

Simultaneously she studied singing and took part as singer in some music in projects in Milan.

From 2021 she started to study the Lichtenberger Methode in Germany, a vocal method based on perception and analys of the voice.
 

Actually she works as dancer, choreographer and teacher in different cities of Italy.

The course explore the different use and perception of the voice, in direct connection with the anatomy studies and researches of Darmastadt University.

The course is inspired by the poetics of Pina Bausch, encouraging students to embark upon a discovery of the body with the seamless combination of movement, use of voice, dance, words, breathing, action and look.
